Laundry Attendant / Housekeeper – Skilled Nursing Facility ( Part Time)

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays | 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Responsibilities
Laundry Duties
- Collect, sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, clothing, and other facility laundry.
- Distribute clean laundry to resident rooms and designated areas throughout the facility.
- Ensure proper handling and labeling of residents' personal clothing and belongings.
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry department.
- Monitor laundry supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
Housekeeping Duties
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, dining areas, and common spaces.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures.
- Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests and resident needs.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, laundry, hotel, healthcare, or environmental services experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing environment is a plus.
