Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, behavioral therapy, and possess strong skills in motivational interviewing and applied behavior analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy sessions with individuals or groups
- Develop treatment plans based on patient needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to address patient concerns
- Implement a tailored approach based on each client’s unique needs
- Apply motivational interviewing strategies to encourage positive behavioral changes
- Work with children and adolescents to address their specific therapeutic needs
*Limited License Counselors will be provided with supervision
