Dietary Aide at Cypress Point Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, LLC is a vital role located in our facility. This position contributes significantly to our mission of delivering quality care by ensuring that residents receive nutritious meals tailored to their dietary needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and meal service for residents
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Support dietary department staff in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to meet residents' nutritional needs
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents during meal times
- Assist with inventory management and food handling procedures
- Participate in training and development activities related to dietary services
- Maintain accurate records of dietary services provided.

- Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in assisted living or nursing home settings is a plus.
- Culinary or food service training is desirable.
