We are seeking a GPS Grade Checker to ensure construction site grades and elevations meet project specifications. The role involves using GPS technology to provide accurate measurements and data for grading and excavation teams. Ideal candidates will have a strong construction background, experience with GPS equipment, and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Able to interpret and read plans.
- GPS experience, preferably Topcon and Trimble.
- Familiar with Heavy Equipment and their functions.
- Basic knowledge In reading grade stakes.
- Able to work in rough terrain while bending, hammering, kneeling.
- Experienced in measuring instruments and hand tools.
- Ability to control and direct heavy equipment in day to day grading activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
