Overview
We are urgently seeking dedicated and skilled Truck Driver's to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting United States Postal mail safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service Monday through Saturday 6 days a week only 4 hours per day! We have 2 lanes available for the next 5 years! This role requires a strong commitment to safety, adherence to traffic regulations, and the ability to handle light lifting and moving tasks.
Duties
- Operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles for deliveries.
- Load and unload cargo and manual handling.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to various locations.
- Maintain accurate load documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, particularly in loading and unloading.
- Familiarity with operating box trucks.
- Ability to perform lifting and moving APC carts safely.
