Your Development Journey
You'll progressively learn to:
- Assemble, inspect, maintain, and redress our proprietary downhole tools
- Understand the mechanical and hydraulic principles behind our technology
- Support domestic and international field operations
- Assist with the designing, planning and execution of customer projects
- Learn well intervention, completion, and stimulation operations
- Develop an understanding of downhole hydraulics, tool mechanics, and operational best practices
- Build strong relationships with customers and field personnel
- Contribute to technical problem solving and product improvements
As your knowledge and experience grow, you'll transition into a full Applications Engineer role where you'll work directly with customers, design treatment and intervention programs, provide technical support, and help develop the next generation of Comitt technologies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
- Recent graduate or graduating soon
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in how things work
- Hands-on mindset and willingness to work both in the workshop and in the field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and take on increasing responsibility
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain required travel documentation.
- Ability to work in the United States

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
