We are now hiring 3–5 experienced Roofing Sales Representatives (Senior Level) to support continued growth in Birmingham, AL Office.

Position Summary
As a Roofing Sales Representative―Damage Inspector (Senior Level), you will inspect homes for storm damage, guide homeowners through the insurance and restoration process, generate and manage roofing leads, close contracts, and oversee projects from inspection through completion.
You will receive industry-leading restoration training and full operational support while maintaining flexibility and control over your own schedule. This role is ideal for experienced roofing sales professionals, top producers ready for higher-income commission, or candidates seeking long-term growth into Sales Manager and leadership roles.
Commission Basis (High-Income Opportunity)
This position offers one of the strongest commission programs in the local storm restoration market, designed to aggressively reward performance and production.
- High commission percentages on every completed sale (Top Sales Representatives earn $150,000.00+ yearly)

Responsibilities
- Sale and document properties for hail, wind, and storm damage
- Meet face-to-face with homeowners to explain repairs, insurance claims, and roofing process
- Generate and manage leads through personal network and company resources
- Create estimates and measure home exteriors and damages with our company's platforms
- Present solutions, close sales, and oversee jobs from contract through completion
- Represent B&A Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced roofing salesperson with a history of consistent production
- Strong background in insurance restoration and/or retail roofing sales
- Comfortable working directly with homeowners and closing face-to-face
- Physically able to climb ladders and access roofs safely
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Smartphone capable of photos/video and using company's platforms
- Independent, disciplined, self-motivated with strong time management
- Willing and able to self-generate leads and run company leads
