Position Overview
We are seeking a Patient Relations Specialist with a strong focus on outbound phone calls. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the phone, is confident making high-volume outbound calls, and knows how to build rapport quickly.
Your primary responsibility will be calling prospective patients, following up on inquiries, educating them about our services, and guiding them toward scheduling care. This is a relationship-driven role where your communication skills directly impact patient outcomes and clinic success. Additional responsibilities include therapy assistance and light administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Make consistent outbound follow-up calls to prospective patients who have expressed interest in our services
- Engage patients with confidence, empathy, and professionalism to build trust and rapport
- Educate callers on treatment options, answer questions, and help guide them through next steps
- Assist with therapy sessions as needed, working alongside our clinical team
- Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily clinic operations
- Collaborate with a positive, energetic team

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $38,500 – $61,740 per year
- Monthly performance bonuses available
- 100% employer-paid health insurance
