Duties
- Assemble parts and components accurately according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure proper fit and function
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication instructions to guide assembly processes
- Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management and forklift operation when required
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly environments preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and mechanical knowledge essential for success in this role
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding, soldering, machining or fabrication is highly desirable
- Knowledge of warehouse operations including forklift operation adds value
- Ability to use precision measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers accurately
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to manufacturing equipment and processes
