Invincible is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the daily operations of our manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
· Lead all manufacturing operations
· Direct production scheduling
· Improve inventory accuracy
· Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
· Maintain safety and quality standards
· Utilize ERP systems to improve operational performance
· Lead capital improvement projects
· Develop supervisors and future leaders
· Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
· Minimum 10 years manufacturing supervision
· Minimum 5 years manufacturing leadership
· ERP experience
· Lean Manufacturing experience
· ISO / Quality Systems experience
· Metal fabrication experience preferred
· Demonstrated success developing people and improving operations
A college degree is not required. Proven leadership, experience, and results are valued above formal education.
