Essential Responsibilities
- Welcome clients as they arrive for their appointments.
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client calls.
- Deliver high quality client service in a professional, caring, and compliant manner.
- Maintain a welcoming reception area and conference rooms.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple advisors.
- General office duties (data entry, filing, mail, supply ordering, and occasional event coordination)
- Special projects as they arise.
Qualifications
Education, Experience, and Licensures
- High School Diploma, College Degree preferred.
- Client Services experience in office setting preferred.
- Knowledge of Redtail CRM a plus
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
