Our client, is seeking a dedicated Oracle Fusion Maintenance Management Functional Lead to join their dynamic team. As an Oracle Fusion Maintenance Management Functional Lead, you will be part of the Maintenance Solutions Department supporting fleet management operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Oracle Fusion Maintenance Management Functional Lead
Location: Remote (Frequent travel to Miami, FL)
What's the Job?
- Lead the configuration, design, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Maintenance Management solutions tailored to fleet management needs.
- Serve as the functional SME for Fleet Maintenance Management, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes.
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into effective Oracle Cloud Maintenance configurations and solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define maintenance strategies, work order processes, asset hierarchies, and schedules.
- Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities, ensuring seamless integration and implementation.
What's Needed?
- A minimum of five years of Oracle ERP, Financial implementation, and upgrade experience.
- Expertise in Fleet Management to support maintenance operations.
- Experience completing at least one full Oracle Cloud Financials implementation as a Functional Lead or Project Lead.
- Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to produce high-quality documentation.
- Detailed understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP System concepts and module functionality.
