Welder (MIG Welding Experience Preferred)
Location: Weaverville, NC
Schedule: 1st Shift only (7am-3:20pm Monday-Friday)
Pay: $19.00-20.00 per hour + Group Productivity Incentives

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Welder to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with MIG welding experience who takes pride in producing quality work in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
- Perform MIG welding on metal components according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
- Identify and correct welding defects or inconsistencies
- Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment and report issues as needed
- Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet deadlines
- Complete work orders, production paperwork, and inspection documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
- Welding certificate OR equivalent hands-on welding experience
- Experience with MIG welding required
- Fabrication experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, bending, twisting, and movement throughout the shift
- Ability to wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures
- Good visual and manual dexterity

- Schedule- The working schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7am-3:20pm. Occasional overtime may be required depending on business need.
