We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our automotive dealership team.
This is a hands-on position involving vehicle detailing, moving vehicles, picking up and delivering parts, and assisting with the daily operations of the dealership.
Responsibilities
Detail and clean vehicles inside and outside to prepare them for sale
Wash, vacuum, clean interiors, windows, wheels, and exterior surfaces
Pick up and deliver vehicles to repair shops, auctions, storage locations, and other locations as needed
Pick up and deliver automotive parts
Help organize vehicles and maintain the dealership/storage area
Inspect vehicles for obvious damage or issues when picking them up or dropping them off
Take vehicle photos when requested
Assist with general dealership operations and other daily tasks
Communicate with management regarding vehicle status and completed assignments
Requirements
Valid driver's license
Good driving record
Comfortable driving different types of vehicles
Reliable transportation to work
Dependable and punctual
Able to work independently without constant supervision
Good attention to detail
Able to perform physical work, including cleaning vehicles and moving automotive parts
Smartphone with the ability to take and send photos
Automotive or detailing experience is preferred but not required
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
Automotive detailing
Car dealerships
Auto auctions
Body shops or mechanic shops
Vehicle transportation
Lot attendant / dealership porter positions
Compensation
$18–$22 per hour depending on experience and ability.
