Membership Sales Representative – $50K–$85K Earning Potential
Speakeasy Fitness is looking for competitive, motivated salespeople with a top-performing closer mentality.
We are a rapidly growing, highly sales-driven company. This is a true sales position — not a passive front-desk role. You will be expected to approach people, create conversations, generate opportunities, follow up, overcome objections, and close.
Sales experience is highly preferred. Experience in results-driven, commission-based, or other performance-focused sales environments is a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000–$85,000 annual earning potential

What You'll Do
- Sell memberships and generate new business
- Actively approach prospects and initiate sales conversations
- Self-generate opportunities through prospecting and outreach
- Follow up with leads, identify objections, and work toward the close
- Assist with account fixes and past-due collections
- Meet daily and bi-weekly sales and revenue goals

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
