Seasons Care Hospice is currently seeking a compassionate Hospice Home Health Aide/CNA to join our team and provide quality care to patients in the Ellijay GA.
Open Positions:

- Locations: Ellijay GA.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay:
$23 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to hospice patients including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Assist patients with mobility and daily living activities
- Support patients with comfort and dignity during end-of-life care
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Follow all infection control and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
- Experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare settings preferred
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area
