The ideal candidate is licensed (LMSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, PsyD, PhD), wants to see at least 15 client sessions per week, and has the organizational and professional skills to operate independently in a private practice setting. Supervision is available for provisionally licensed clinicians. Preference given to high-demand specializations such as child/adolescent therapy, substance abuse, trauma, psychological and educational testing, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, EMDR, and couples/family therapy.
