Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Handle transactions including site payments and other services through a Point-of- Sale
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately, ensuring smooth front desk operations
- Maintain guest records, reservations, and inquiries with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Keep track of contracts for seasonal and permanent residents
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
- Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly and effectively
- Candidate will be cross trained to work in other areas of the resort as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, preferably at a front desk or guest services position
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including guest relations and resort operations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong phone etiquette
- Ability to work well in a team environment, ability to multitask, ability to demonstrate basic computer skills, ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs, stand for long periods of time, drive a golf cart, walk, bend and reach.
A pre-employment drug screen will be required. Previous employer references and a background check may be required as a condition of employment.
Must be flexible- Monday through Friday, Weekends and Holidays
