Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with Food & Beverage production standards, including packaging, processing, and assembly lines.
- Follow strict FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety standards to ensure product integrity and compliance.
- Help monitor product quality including; bags not properly tied, foreign objects, yellow ice and any deviation from standards.
- Learn to start and stop the line when needed.
- Keep the area safe and report potential hazards to supervisor.
- Clean immediate work area and entire facility according to the Master Cleaning Schedule.
- Make and assume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in food processing plant environments or manufacturing management is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, food safety management, and quality standards in production is essential.
- Familiarity with SAP or other inventory management systems is a plus.
- Basic math skills for measurements, weight calculations, and data recording are required.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with manufacturing equipment will be advantageous.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while adhering to safety standards in production.
- Strong communication skills for managing production or assembly teams effectively within a food industry setting.
