Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

Maintain the general ledger and oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing.

Assist with revenue recognition, contract review, and related accounting considerations.

Partner with operations and leadership teams to improve financial visibility and reporting accuracy.

Assist in the development of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Maintain fixed asset records and support capital expenditure tracking.

Prepare financial analyses and management reports to support business decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, CPA is a plus

5+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting principles, and internal controls.

Experience with both the execution of day-to-day accounting activities and the development of scalable processes and controls.

Strong Microsoft Suite skills including advanced Excel skills

Big 4 accounting experience a plus

Quickbooks Online experience a plus
Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
