Marine Electrician

Founded in 1979 and located in the heart of Shelter Island, Nielsen Beaumont is a premier marine repair facility specializing in advanced naval crafts. We are looking for a skilled electrician with a desire to create a prosperous, stable and rewarding career with a growing company.
At Nielsen Beaumont, you will be part of an experienced team which routinely delivers unmatched quality of workmanship to our defense partners and clientele. This role will allow you the opportunity to work on some of the most advanced naval crafts in the world.
We are looking for someone with the following attributes and values:
● Professional Marine Electrician (5+ years experience minimum)
● DC systems and electronics knowledge
● Mechanically inclined
● Punctual and reliable

● Ability to read complicated schematics
● Strong work ethic
● Willingness to learn

You must have a basic set of tools, valid ID, be a US citizen or legally allowed to work in the US, and be able to pass a drug test.
The working hours are Monday through Thursday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
