Overview:
Join our team as a Custom Applicator, supporting daily farm and facility operations. This hands-on role involves working outdoors, operating equipment, handling fertilizers and chemicals, and providing custom application services for customers’ fields.
What You’ll Do:
- Apply fertilizers, chemicals, and seeds directly to customer fields.
- Perform custom applications tailored to each farm’s needs.
- Prepare, maintain, and safely operate equipment.
- Help manage crop supplies and schedule equipment use.
- Maintain facility safety and cleanliness.
- Support seasonal operations, including spring prep, summer applications, and winterizing equipment.
- Work closely with customers and team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements preferred or able to attain.
- Experience handling fertilizers, chemicals, or seeds preferred.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
