We are seeking a reliable and detailed oriented Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of single-family rental homes. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day operations, tenant relations, inspections and maintenance coordination while protecting our clients' investments and delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities Include
-Manage a portfolio of single-family rental properties
-Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners
-Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
-Respond to tenant service requests in a timely and professional manner
-Conduct property inspections
-Oversee lease enforcement and ensure compliance with lease terms
-Assist with leasing activities including showings, applications and renewals
-Coordinate property turnovers between tenants
-Maintain accurate records, notes and communications with AppFolio
-Monitor expenses and work to control costs while maintaining property standards
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
