Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cold calls, field visits, and networking activities to develop and maintain referral partner relationships while generating new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with borrowers and guide them through the mortgage process.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with clients and referral partners.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong sales or business development experience required.
- Active Florida Mortgage Loan Originator License or willingness to obtain one.
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Palm Beach County, Florida.
- Professional, coachable, and relationship-focused.
