Assist with hiring events

Guide new hires through the onboarding process

Verify employment documents and maintain personnel files

Coordinate references, and pre-employment requirements

Answer applicant questions and provide an outstanding candidate experience

Communicate with office staff to support staffing needs

Maintain accurate hiring records and databases

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Positive attitude with attention to detail

Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and web-based systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in recruiting, human resources, staffing, healthcare, home care, or office administration is preferred

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience with Indeed, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or online recruiting

Home care, healthcare, or staffing industry experience
