The Homestead Resort is looking for a full-time or part-time Night Auditor to help us fulfill our mission “Our Guests Make Memories, We Strive to Make Them Great”. Here, at The Homestead, you will have the opportunity to create memorable guest experiences by showing them the spirit of Northern Michigan’s hospitality. You will help guests with their arrival, stay, and departure experiences. As a night auditor, you will ensure reports are reconciled and filed in a timely fashion.
Other job duties include:
- Reconciling hotel business reports and transactions
- Responding to guest requests and reconciling guest complaints
- Responding in a timely fashion to guest calls or inquiries
Shift Requirements:
- Must be available for overnight and potentially some afternoon shifts
The position could also include part-time Front Desk work to achieve full-time employment. Overnight shifts and some afternoons. Hourly wage of $20.35. Benefits available based upon position hired in for.
