What You’ll Do In This Role:
- Greeting guests, smiling and helping them feel welcome and comfortable with a positive attitude
- Maintaining a clean and organized host stand and proshop counter/displays
- Collaborating with the serving staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Assisting in maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the entryway, proshop and dining area
- Handling guest relations professionally and resolve any issues or complaints
- Communicating and working closely with other team members, always staying focused on providing extraordinary guest service
- Making rounds through the venue to check on guests to ensure their needs are met
- Providing excellent guest service while answering the phone, taking guests’ gaming reservations, assisting with retail purchases, or directing guests in the faciity
- Answering questions that guests have regarding the game of Pickleball, other Gaming our Menus other questions about our awesome venue
