We are seeking an entry-level HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations for our Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams in Spanish Fork, Utah. This role serves as a frontline HR support to employees and managers, ensuring smooth HR processes, and delivering a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will assist with employee lifecycle activities, HR administration, and compliance while building strong relationships across the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees on the floor, providing day-to-day support and answering HR-related questions.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, paperwork completion, and employee transitions.

Assist with recruiting coordination such as scheduling interviews, preparing offers, and maintaining applicant tracking.

Maintain and update HR systems (HRIS/ADP Workforce Now), including employee records, status changes and promotions while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Support employee relations by addressing basic concerns and escalating complex issues as needed.

Administer and track FMLA leave in partnership with the company's third-party vendor, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow up and smooth return to work coordination.
- Maintain HR documents, job descriptions, and internal resources (SharePoint or similar tools).

Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws.

Partner with HR leadership on administrative HR projects and process improvements.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0–3 years of HR experience or administrative experience in a professional environment.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); HRIS experience preferred.
