Pay: $20.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Early starts, late finishes, and Saturdays as needed

Important: Candidates must be able to successfully obtain a badge for access to the Honda manufacturing facility to be considered for employment.
Position Overview
The Forklift Tugger Operator plays a critical role in supporting production by transporting materials, collecting recyclables, maintaining organized work areas, and ensuring materials are delivered where needed throughout the facility. This is an active, hands-on position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Career Progression
- Begin as a Tugger Operator for the first 6+ months.
- Gain experience supporting plant operations and material flow.
- Progress into a full Forklift Tugger Operator role with forklift operation responsibilities.
- Continue advancing through additional opportunities based on performance and attendance.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, transport, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Operate powered industrial vehicles (PIV), beginning with a tugger.
- Collect recyclables and materials along assigned routes.
- Move materials to and from storage areas, workstations, and designated locations.
- Manually load and unload pallets, bins, boxes, and containers.
- Assist with assembling crates and containers as needed.
- Tag, label, and identify materials accurately.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Follow all company safety procedures and facility regulations.
- Support production teams by ensuring materials are delivered efficiently and on time.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a badge for access to the Honda facility is required.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, material handling, tugger, or forklift experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work overtime, early starts, late finishes, and Saturdays when required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 35–40 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
