We are a growing plumbing contractor looking for an experienced Plumbing Dispatcher / Construction Scheduler to join our team. This is a full-time position for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with at least 2 years of dispatching, scheduling, or construction coordination experience. Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, construction, or homebuilding industry is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule multiple plumbing crews for residential and commercial new construction projects.
- Coordinate schedules for all phases of construction while meeting builder deadlines.
- Dispatch warranty, service, and emergency plumbing calls.
- Assign work based on technician and crew experience, certifications, and availability.
- Learn and manage multiple builder scheduling and warranty portals.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate with builders, project managers, field supervisors, homeowners, and vendors.
- Schedule required inspections and ensure jobs are inspection-ready.
- Submit utility locate requests through 811 and other required utility locating systems before construction begins.
- Maintain accurate job schedules, work orders, and project documentation.
- Assist with administrative and scheduling duties to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Dispatcher, Construction Scheduler, Service Dispatcher, Scheduling Coordinator, or Construction Coordinator.
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction, or residential homebuilding preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple crews, projects, and changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn scheduling software, builder portals, and office applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
