We're growing and looking for an experienced Residential Service Technician who wants strong pay, a tight service area, and flexibility around on-call. No on-call is an option, negotiable.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Optional on-call rotation (flexible based on your preference)
What You'll Do

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems

Provide top-tier customer experience and clear communication

Perform maintenance and system evaluations to company standards
What We're Looking For

3+ years of residential HVAC service experience (required)
-
EPA Universal Certification
-
Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
-
Professional communication and customer service

Must have your own hand tools
