Doral Toyota is actively looking to add an Internet Sales Manager to our growing team! As an Internet Sales Manager you will oversee, hire, develop, motivate, and lead the floor sales team to meet sales goals while managing the sales staff's outbound activities, follow-up's and communication with cutomers. This position will report to our General Sales Manager and General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the negotiation process with sales staff ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
- Desk deals based on current offers and incentives.
- Utilize CRM software to create, maintain and measure the floor sales team's processes and performance.
- Oversee the floor sales team's communication with customers via phone call, email, and text to set and confirm appointments consistently and professionally, while following up on no show customers.
- Manage all outbound communication of the floor sales team, while setting obtainable objectives and benchmarks for call/text/email performance.
- Appraise vehicles for trade
- Manage inventory and adjust pricing by monitoring sales goals, competition, as well as supply and demand.
- Achieve profit goals by developing and meeting levels of gross profit per unit.
- Handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Hire, develop, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all salespeople.
- Develop the strengths and skills of, and hold accountable, the sales staff.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is REQUIRED
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager and BDC/Internet manager demonstrating a track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven success in high-volume retail sales.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle market trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team to success.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
