In the Korean jjimjilbang tradition, the locker room is more than a changing area; it is the gateway to relaxation and the foundation of a pristine environment. The cleanliness and order of this space are paramount to the guest experience.
We are seeking diligent and discreet Locker Room Attendants to maintain the impeccable standard of our male and female locker rooms, baths, and changing areas. Your work is essential to the tranquility and hygiene our guests trust.
Your Mission
To maintain a spotless, safe, and well-stocked locker room and bathing area, ensuring guests can relax and refresh in a perfectly maintained environment. Our attendants assist guests with robes, towels, scheduling Korean Body Scrubs, as well as selling beverages. Your attention to detail will uphold the sacred promise of cleanliness at the heart of our brand.
Key Responsibilities Locker Room Attendant
- Maintain Impeccable Cleanliness | Continuously clean and sanitize all locker room surfaces, showers, sinks, toilets, and bathing areas throughout your shift
- Provide Guest Assistance | Efficiently assist with lockers, provide guests with towels and spa robes, and assist with any locker-related issues
- Promote the Korean Body Scrub services to guests at the counter | You are the champion, ensuring our Scrub Attendants have fully scheduled days
- Restock & Replenish | Ensure all amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) and linens are fully stocked and readily available
- Uphold Safety & Serenity | Monitor the area for any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues, reporting them promptly. Maintain a quiet and orderly atmosphere, ensuring all guests behave in a manner fitting of a family environment
- Ensure Discretion | Provide respectful and discreet service in this private guest environment
Pool Attendant Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all swimming pools and surrounding deck areas throughout the day.
- Remove leaves, insects, and other debris from the water using a skimmer net as needed.
- Brush pool walls, steps, and waterline to maintain a clean and inviting appearance.
- Keep the pool deck free of debris and ensure a safe, clean environment for guests.
- Organize and straighten lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, and other pool furniture on a continuous basis.
- Empty pool area trash receptacles as needed.
- Report water quality concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards immediately to the Maintenance Manager or Supervisor.
- Provide friendly and courteous assistance to guests while helping maintain a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere.
- Follow all Spa Castle safety, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
Who You Are
- A reliable and hardworking individual with a strong sense of pride in a clean and organized space
- Comfortable working in a gender-specific, wet environment
- Discreet, respectful, and able to interact with guests professionally in a private setting
- Able to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting supplies
- A team player who understands that their role is critical to the overall guest experience
