Compensation Breakdown:
- Hourly: $30-$36/Hr, Depending On Experience
- Bonuses: $3K - $10K
- Spiffs: $10K - $75K
- Yearly: $100K - $160K A Year, Including Commission & Bonuses!
Location: Lenexa, KS
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- 8am - 5pm,
- Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday
- Overtime Available During Busy Times

Requirements:
- 3-5 Years of residential plumbing experience
- Master Plumber Certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Be able to pass a background check
Position Summary:

Core Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and solve plumbing problems that arise in the field
- Complete plumbing safety inspection for our clients
- Complete plumbing safety inspection forms and discuss findings with the customer
- Complete service and inspections of water treatment products for our clients
- Provide customers with recommendations and quotes while at the customer’s home
- Keep a clean well organized company vehicle
- Organize and manage the replenishment of material on the company vehicle
- Attend company meetings, training sessions, and company celebrations
