Delivery Helper – ANDA Legacy Trucking
Job Overview
ANDA Legacy Trucking is seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Helper to assist in providing in-home white-glove delivery service for a high-end furniture partner. This role goes beyond standard delivery work and requires a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and careful handling of high-value merchandise.
The ideal candidate is team-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working closely with a lead driver to complete multi-day delivery routes. Routes are typically 3-4 days in duration and primarily service Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Helpers play a key role in ensuring each delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and with a high level of customer care.

Key Responsibilities
Route & Delivery Duties:
- Work alongside a driver to safely and efficiently complete deliveries
- Start route by efficiently loading and securing assigned furniture in truck with driver
- Provide in-home delivery, placement, and minor assembly of furniture
- Support a professional and memorable customer-first experience at every stop
- Stay proactive throughout the route by assisting the driver, preparing for upcoming stops, and supporting organization, cleanup, and overall efficiency between deliveries
- Communicate with customers by providing accurate arrival ETAs and updates throughout the route, ensuring a warm and professional customer-first experience at every interaction
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck
- Communicate effectively with customers and driver
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Onboarding / Training
New hires will participate in a structured onboarding program designed to set clear expectations and ensure confidence in the role. Throughout the onboarding process, you will gain a clear understanding of performance expectations, communication standards, and customer experience goals. You will also have the opportunity to shadow experienced team members to learn best practices for delivery procedures, route execution, safety standards, and white-glove service. Ongoing coaching and support are provided beyond initial training to help you succeed and grow within the role.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items with assistance or equipment
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Familiarity with using basic tools (drill, screw driver, sockets)
- Prior delivery or customer-facing experience strongly preferred
Pay: $225.00 per day
