Experienced Sushi Chef – AYCE Sushi Restaurant
We are seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our busy AYCE (All-You-Can-Eat) sushi restaurant.
Requirements:
● Previous AYCE sushi restaurant experience preferred
● Strong sushi rolling skills with the ability to work efficiently during peak hours
● Experience preparing nigiri and slicing fish
● Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation practices
● Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
● Weekend availability required
Responsibilities:
● Prepare sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi to restaurant standards
● Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation
● Assist with prep work, cleaning, stocking, and other side duties
● Work effectively with kitchen and service staff in a fast-paced environment
