Overview
We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic, and caring individuals to join our Before and Aftercare Program. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, has strong communication skills, and is committed to creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise children during before and/or after school hours
- Lead and assist with games, activities, arts & crafts, and homework time
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students
- Follow licensing, school, and program policies and procedures
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a school or group setting preferred
- Must be dependable, patient, and energetic
- Ability to manage and lead small groups of children
- Must pass a background check and meet state childcare requirements
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain)

Pay: $15.50 - $25.00 per hour
