We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team and provide technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing customer equipment, providing on-site maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Our technicians work a 4/10 schedule, this includes every other Saturday.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a service technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Ability to learn quickly
- Basic computer skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Willing to be a part of a team and work well with others
- Have your own tools
Responsibilities:
- Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Maintain an orderly and clean work area at all times
- Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning.
- Record repairs accurately within dealer supplied systems
