Job Title: Hope Jewelers- Jeweler

We are looking for a talented and dedicated jeweler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a desire to create exceptional jewelry pieces. You will perform repairs, assist with custom designs, and work in a fully equipped shop alongside experienced goldsmiths. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment while contributing to memorable moments for our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform jewelry repairs: soldering, sizing, polishing, stone setting, and refinishing
- Collaborate with our lead goldsmith on repairs and custom work
- Operate in a fully equipped shop with torches, laser welders, and precision tools
- Communicate with sales staff to assess repair needs and provide pricing guidance
- Maintain a clean, efficient workspace and contribute to a positive team culture
- Continue developing your skills through mentorship and hands-on experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of bench jeweler experience (pay based on experience)
- Proficiency in soldering, sizing, polishing, and stone setting
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and professionalism with staff and occasional customer interactions
- Ability to multitask and manage interruptions in a dynamic workshop
