Hours : 6am- 3:30pm Occasionally Saturdays
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Line Lead to oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support production employees to meet daily production goals.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and product quality.
- Train and coach team members on procedures, safety, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO requirements, and 5S/6S practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and help implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus.
