- Type: Full-Time / Temp to hire
- Schedule: Need to be available for ALL shifts
- Work Environment: Onsite – Primarily Outdoor Manufacturing Facility
- Pay Rate: $15.50
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize safety for yourself and your team at all times.
- Operate or assist with manufacturing equipment including machines, kilns, and forklifts.
- Perform manual labor including standing, bending, stooping, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Load, unload, stack, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
- Follow production schedules and complete assignments based on supervisor priorities.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production goals.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and support overall plant success.
- Work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Prior manufacturing, industrial, forklift, machine operation, or labor experience preferred — but training is provided.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong attendance and reliability are required.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow direction and adapt to change.
