We're looking for a Project Delivery Manager who thrives on organization, communication, and problem-solving. In this role, you'll own customer projects from quotation through final delivery, ensuring every order is executed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Own customer projects from quote through order fulfillment and delivery
Develop and manage project schedules to align customer expectations with manufacturing timelines
Track project progress and proactively resolve delays or issues
Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Process and manage customer orders with a high degree of accuracy
Coordinate with manufacturers, warehouse teams, finance, and sales
Monitor order status and expedite critical shipments when necessary
Ensure seamless communication between all project stakeholders
Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle
Provide proactive project updates, lead-time information, and delivery schedules
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Build trusted long-term customer relationships
Partner with Sales, Quotations, Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing Partners
Communicate customer requirements and project expectations clearly
Escalate and resolve complex project challenges
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project execution
High order accuracy

Margin protection and pricing compliance
Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 5+ years of related experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience in project management, order management, customer support, account management, engineering support, or construction-related industries
Ability to review project plans and specifications
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM platforms
Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $75,000 to $95,000 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
