Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated, outgoing, and professional In-Store Lead Generators to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, building relationships, and representing a respected local brand. You’ll be stationed at our retail partner locations, where your main responsibility is to connect with customers, introduce them to our home improvement services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.
Responsibilities:

Greet and engage shoppers in a friendly and professional manner

Collect customer information and schedule appointments for free in-home consultations

Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation goals

Represent DiGiorgi with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications:

Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Prior experience in customer service, promotions, retail, or sales a plus (but not required—training provided)

Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends
