Position Overview
We are expanding our Commercial & Multi-Family Division and seeking driven Sales Consultants to manage and grow key territories. This role focuses on developing relationships with property managers, HOAs, apartment communities, commercial facilities, and large-scale restoration clients. You will manage warm targets, build new partnerships, and uncover exterior construction opportunities.
Territory Development

Own and grow a defined multi-family/commercial territory

Build relationships with property owners, managers, HOAs, and facility leaders

Attend industry events, expos, and networking opportunities

Actively prospect and conduct in-person outreach
Account Management
-
Manage bid requests, proposals, follow-ups, and client communication

Maintain ongoing account touches and develop annual maintenance/replacement pipelines

Track all activity and pipeline stages in CRM
Project Development & Closing

Identify exterior construction needs (roofing, siding, windows, decks, capital improvements)

Coordinate inspections and estimates with internal teams

Present solutions and close new opportunities
Performance & Growth

Expand client base within underserved commercial and multi-family markets

Own key metrics: activity, appointments, close rates, account growth, and revenue quota
Qualifications

Experience in commercial, multi-family, construction, or property management sales
