Job Description:
· Lead commercial mechanical and plumbing construction projects from turnover through closeout
· Manage project financial performance, forecasting, budgets, and profitability
· Build strong relationships with customers, trade partners, and project teams
· Drive labor productivity, project execution, and operational excellence
· Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring successful project outcomes
· Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization
Must Haves:
· 5+ years of experience managing commercial mechanical and plumbing construction projects
· Strong financial, forecasting, budgeting, and cost-control experience
· Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Experience managing contracts, change orders, and project risk
· Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and BIM/VDC platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or equivalent experience
· Experience in healthcare, mission critical, industrial, data center, government, or higher education construction
· Knowledge of the Central Texas construction market
· Design-build and BIM/VDC experience
