Oakview Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for compassionate and dependable RNs and LPNs to join our full-time night shift nursing team.

Registered Nurse (RN): $38.00–$40.00/hour
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $32.00–$34.00/hour
Plus:
+$0.10/hour for each verified year of nursing experience, up to 20 years
+$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential
Annual performance evaluation with the potential for a pay increase based on performance
Registered Nurses: $15,000
Licensed Practical Nurses: $10,000
Available for eligible full-time nurses and paid over one year.
$15,000 RN Sign-On Bonus
$10,000 LPN Sign-On Bonus

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care
Administer medications and treatments
Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Supervise and support CNAs
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety
Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal requirements
Current Illinois RN or LPN license
Strong clinical and assessment skills
Dependable and team-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Compassionate and resident-focused
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
RN Up to $40/Hour + $3 Night Differential + $15K Sign-On Bonus
LPN Up to $34/Hour + $3 Night Differential + $10K Sign-On Bonus
