We’re looking for a Leasing Superstar to join our growing property management team at a beautiful mid-rise apartment community in Orlando. If you’re energetic, love working with people, and enjoy using social media as part of your day-to-day work, this might be the perfect fit for you.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct daily apartment tours and create memorable experiences for prospects
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to convert interest into leases
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
- Assist with leasing applications, approvals, and move-in processes
- Use social media and online platforms to help promote the community
- Build strong relationships with current and future residents
- Support the onsite property management team with day-to-day operations
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional leasing office
What We’re Looking For
- A people-person with a passion for customer service
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with prospects in person, over the phone, and online
- Interest or experience using social media for marketing or engagement
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Leasing or property management experience is a plus—but not required
