What You’ll Do
Assist the Community Manager in daily operations of the property- Help lead leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts
- Support and help supervise on-site staff to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor follow-ups
- Perform routine property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and community standards
- Maintain accurate reports, leasing data, and communication logs
What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills- Positive, professional, and motivated attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous property management or customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
- Ability to live on-site as a condition of employment
Work Environment
This is a live-in position requiring full-time availability, including weekends. The ideal candidate values community engagement, professionalism, and maintaining high property standards while contributing to a positive resident experience.
