Own the cell: set up machines, build fixtures and tools, and run production across turning and 3- and 5-axis vertical/horizontal milling.

Hit the numbers: achieve prescribed tolerances by following drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and all safety procedures.

Trust the system: comply with our Quality Management System—procedures, instructions, and forms.

Prove it: follow process routings; perform required inspections and record results clearly.

Care for the craft: complete daily preventive maintenance and leave the area better than you found it.

Precision CNC experience across metals, alloys, plastics, composites, and other materials.

Milling mastery: 3-axis required; exposure to 3+2, 4-axis horizontal, and 5-axis preferred.

Turning know-how: mill-turn experience preferred.

Apprenticeship or associate’s degree a plus (not required).

Comfort reading drawings, BOMs, and work aids; strong shop math—algebra, geometry, decimals, fractions, and measurement/tool use.
