Service Advisor – Lincoln Powersports (Lincoln, Maine)
Lincoln Powersports is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This is a key role in our dealership — you are the bridge between our customers and our service department.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and assist with service needs (walk-ins, phone, and online)
- Write up service tickets and clearly document customer concerns
- Communicate repair timelines, estimates, and updates to customers
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow
- Coordinate with technicians and parts department to keep jobs moving
- Follow up with customers on completed work
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on every interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus (powersports, automotive, or marine)
- Computer skills (experience with Lightspeed or similar systems is a bonus)
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
